THE ARTIST
Dynasty is a hip-hop artist, writer and facilitator whose work brings together music, storytelling, creativity and connection. With more than 15 years as a professional performing artist and international touring experience, she has performed across the U.S. and abroad in venues ranging from festivals and concert stages to cultural institutions and intimate spaces.
Her work is rooted in hip-hop but extends beyond the stage. She creates experiences that invite people to listen, participate, reflect and connect, whether she’s performing live, leading an interactive presentation or facilitating a workshop.

An interactive hip-hop presentation developed for the 50th anniversary of hip-hop and presented at the Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts + Culture in Charlotte. It explores the music, television, film and popular culture that helped carry hip-hop into the world... — with memorable songs, audience participation, and the personal and cultural memories attached to them.
